Working Holistically with Domestic Violence and Abuse

£195

CPD accredited

Domestic violence and abuse can often be clouded in preconceived ideas. This can lead to missed opportunities for supporting survivors. This online training is designed to support practitioners in taking a whole person approach and allowing them to see the person for who they are. In doing so, practitioners will be better equipped to understand the specific needs of each client they work with, thereby potentially reducing the amount of support required by identifying and addressing needs earlier on.

  • Centering victims – seeing the whole person
  • A holistic approach to supporting individuals
  • A framework informed by academic and practitioner research
